I bump into the girl not long ago and she was asking how things wee then she said asked about my brother saying 'hows Stan' i told her, he was allright and that he was asking about her too and she said 'awww has he' and then she smiled and giggled.

My cousin bumps into her sometimes and she will ask about others in a normal tone but when it comes to my brother, she will ask about him in cheerful voice and giggle...my.cousin says she sounds flirty.

She is giggly when she asks about Stan because she fancies him and wants you, or someone else, to tell Stan this so that he will ask her out. If the giggly stuff bothers you, tell Stan she fancies him and tell him to ask her out.

If he isn't interested in dating her, next time you bump into her and she asks about him, tell her he's fine, but that for reasons you can't understand, he is not interested in a girl as pretty and sexy as she is. After that she will as like as not switch the focus of her giggles to you - but that is a different can of worms.
