Not out of consciousness I don't think. I did have, had some serious back pain and my nose hurts and is red. But just over 24 hours later, I was throwing up. Not just once but 6 times in 7 hours even though my back pain made me unable to eat in the last day and I mean serious sickness. Buckets. Should I be worried? 8 hours since my last sickness bout.

You poor thing :( How did you fall and how hard and what did you hit?

Did you hit your head at all and any headache or vision issues?
Sorry, also meant to ask, do you have anyone around with you if you need them in case you have any concussion or anything like that? Someone who can drive you if you need to go and see a medical professional?
Some info here and advice on when to seek medical assistance:

One over the eight I'm afraid. It was in my garage with a concrete floor. I do not remember much. I had gone into the outside freezer to get some bacon out for my grandsons breakfast. I don't recall hitting my head and I asked my grandson, who found me if I was mobile when he found me. He assures me that I was and that I hadn't been in the garage for very long. But how did I hurt my nose? It is very difficult to bruise your nose. Very strange
I'm very sorry you had a fall. I'd seek medical help as soon as you're able, even if it's just to put your mind at rest. Remember some bruising can take a day or two to emerge.
You were not unconscious and as your nose hurts, one would assume that you fell"face down."

Vomiting is of "some concern" but if you have no drowsiness and particularly no severe headache, i feel that, providing you are not living alone, one could safely monitor the situation overnight.

if I were you I would certainly take myself to the doc to be safe...
can i just ask you if being one over the eight is a regular occurrence? wondered if the sickness had another cause (or in fact the fall?)
The fact that you have no idea why you fell and can't remember anything about it needs looking into.

Hard to say if the vomiting could be connected to the reason you fell or the fall itself or either but I'd be getting it checked out asap.

Have you ever had a fall like that before?
Ah! we cross posted...."one over the eight " might explain the vomiting as suggested by bednobs.

My advice remains the same.
Sorry for interrupting but what is one over the eight? Never heard that before :)

Depending on how someone fell, you could bash your nose with your arms, shoulder etc... on the way down.
Too much to drink.
Ahhh I see, thank you :) I thought it was some kind of saying meaning *** over tit or something like that!

Thankyou all for your responses. I live alone and my grandsons have returned home now. Pretty much housebound now. I just wanted to ask the question really.

I think vomiting to that extreme has little to do with my drinking habits. It has never ever happened before even in the slightest .Very easy to blame that. But thanks again for all you responses. Cheers
Are you still vomiting now Jobowo?
I wasn't judging you, if you're still worried in the morning please see your doctor.
