Hi there Im feeling extremely paranoid at the moment I took 10mg lorezapam last wednesday for dentist and since then Ive been feeling paranoid. I also took diazepam on friday and saturday. I feel that people are spying on me I noticed some weird virus thing on my computer on saturday and I thought that maybe one of my neighbours put it on remotely to my computer. is that irrational> then today I was in the bath when one of my neighbours knocked on my door and spoke to me about her having a baby and the back door which is next to me and then mentioned something about the housing association I dont make any noise at all and I dont go out of the back door a friend of mine who knows someone in the block thinks she is letting of steam about the back door banging and waking up her baby but for 10 hours I have no recollection of what I did last wednesday and she did mutter something about it wednesday or thursday and I think I may have upset her but dont know who she is i am so agitated I think im going crazy !!

Even when I suffer any type of psychosis there is a small voice of reason sitting in the corner of my brain telling me that whatever I think is going on is just a figment of my imagination.
Go see your doctor. Your GP will know your history. They will know whether to prescribe anti-psychotics or if there are any talking therapies that will help.
Try not to assume that your neighbour is blaming you for the noise. Logically it is doubtful that you would go in and out the door just to slam it.
Remember that you are not alone - many of us have experienced severe mental health problems. Living alone is sometimes a good thing but often it just makes you feel more isolated.
