Get thee to a doctor!

It could be a blood pressure problem, or a trapped nerve or spinal misalignment.  But I'm not a doc, so i'd go and ask if I were you x If you don't get anywhere with a doctor, try a chiropractor/physio.

Or an optician

The back of your brain is where you process all the optical info your eyes get. I normally wear contacts but if I'm forced to wear glasses for any period I get two fist sized headaches at the back of my head for a while as I try to cope with the perspective change.

Any chance you might need (new) glasses?

Thanks, its not me it`s the missus, she has an app. for monday,  she has also had a pain in her chest and arm.She was shifting a rockery in the garden last weekand perhaps pulled a muscle, and before you start yes i was helping her!
My sister and I (female) suffered from the same, starting at the neck, and going up the right side of the back of the head.  We rec'd massage therapy which focussed on the top of our shoulders (we tensed up there habitually) and within three weeks the pain ceased.  We do have to go back every couple of months or so or the pain returns.
