My niece had a Spinal Block Epidural, Monday of last week. It was fir nerve pain in her spine. The next day she started to experience cramp pains in her bum cheek. Then it progressed to her leg on the same side. It is really painful.
She went to GP this morning who said her hips are out of line and to see an Oestopath.
Is there any relief she can get now. I am a bit wary of Oestopaths myself after bad experiences.
TIA

I would suggest using Ibuprofen at least 400mgms every 6 hours if necessary and monitoring the situation for the next 4 or 5 days.
It is only 10 days since her procedure.
