At 37 weeks your lungs and other internal organs are being pushed out of their normal positions. This is normal. As long as you have no pain on breathing or lightheadedness, your'e fine.

Always worth talking to a health professional, perhaps your GP. Seeing anything like medical opinion on the Internet can only help so far, after all, and they will not only know the right questions, but will be able to see and talk to you!
