Hi I've been told that if you suffer from psoriasis you can get a reduction on your water rate, Anyone out there know if this is true,

I can't see why you would. Water doesn't make a difference to psoriasis.

It's the amount of extra laundry that would give a reduction in water rates.

Psoriasis is one of the medical conditions that automatically qualify you for a water rate reduction but only if you are on certain benefits.

yes you can and other skin conditions but you do have to have confirmation from your doctor
Yes, all water authorities have to have the reduced rate facility in place by law.
I have psoriasis and my water rates aren't affected.
janbee, are you on the relevant benefits? Do you have a high water consumption due to psoriasis and most importantly, have you claimed?
