I have these litte white spots on my penis? wat r they

It's virtually impossible to say what they might be from the information you've given - they could be totally benign (for instance, it is common for the pores under the glans to be slightly raised due to sebaceous fluid and is nothing to worry about. However, there is also a chance that what you are seeing is the symptoms of an infection or a disease. You really need to see a doctor and get treatment for this. If you're worried about letting someone else see or handle your genitals, remember that they will just see them as a medical matter. It may not be that pleasant at the time, but it's more important that you get a cure/ peace of mind than you send yourself nuts worrying about it, do yourself damage or worse still, infect someone else. Remember, most genital diseases are easily treated if caught early enough - don't give any disease the time to do you damage.

I suspect you are talking about the little white spots behind the head of your penis (beneath the ridge). I have had these as long as I can remember and I believe that they are very common and perfectly normal and harmless. If however, they become red, inflamed, itchy etc. or appear anywhere else on your penis I would advise you get them checked out.
