Ms Cillia's Autopsey ?

I am not sure where to post this but... my question is ... Would Ms Cillia have fallen down first from the "result of a stroke" rather than "occurred a stroke as the result of a fall" as the Coroner suggests, is it perhaps translated incorrectly? A Lovely lady who I have met, may she rest peacefully.

it looks as thuogh injury can increase the risk of strokes, so the coroner's prrobably right

Can they really be sure if the stroke came first or second?

Sad to think that she was on her own, it could have all been very different had someone been around.

it depends on the pathological findings

if for example there is a clotted bit of brain and on the outside a bruised section of skin ( or even a chipped skull)

one could conclude that the first event was a fall and the thrombosis occurred after

it struck me as pretty obvious natural causes

but no one can die nowadays without a suspicion of a hidden hand .....
