Hi there I am in severe back pain going down my left leg I am finding walking difficult because of pain never slept last night can't find a position to feel comfortable in. I have had sciatica before but I don't remember the pain being as bad as this but it was pretty bad I thought it might be a kidney stone as I am feeling a bit shivery and nauseated but would kidney stone pain cause difficulty walking

Sounds like sciatica to me.
You've described almost perfectly my own symptoms.
Sciatica for sure.
a kidney stone feels like a frozen steel blade has been put in the back and more local in nature, you have sciatica, mate.....get yourself to the quack for some extra-strong codeine and treatment for it.
And take ibuprofen 400mg 3 times a day alternating with paracetamol.
for chiropractor manipulation on the NHS you need the necessary from your GP, by the way.....discovered that with a dodgy shoulder recently, having stretched my median nerve. Walk-ins went in March.....
DT.....don't think chiro is widely available on the NHS sadly....
