Hello my name is Robert and i m 15 years old. For the last year and a half I haven t known whats going on with me. I have been imagining a lot of things and they are taking over my life. about a year and a half ago I started seeing shadows travel around me and figure showing up everywhere. they are everywhere I go and I don t know how to get rid of them. I always feel like somewhere is watching me all times during the day. I am starting to get really scared and writing this makes me feel more scared. I feel like because of writing this someone is going to hurt me. I feel sane but at the same time I can t tell whats real anymore and its hard to find the real path to follow. these thoughts and feelings have cause a huge impacted in my life. They have made my grades drop, my girlfriend break up with me, and I just feel like i m alone in this equation of my life. Here the scariest and biggest part of this stress I ve been going through. for about 5 months I have been seeing two of me. not just hearing two people in my head seeing a replica of myself. He seems so real and talks like a normal human would. But there is evil in him, everything I do he says is bad and he is always telling me to do bad things like drop out of school, kill myself, kill my family. It s starting to scare me. At this point I can t even tell who is the real me. as I am writing this he is standing next to me staring down at me with a look of anger. I can t tell you how scared I am for my sanity. Plz Help! I just need some advice.

It's very difficult as seeing and hearing what you do will be very isolating as it is so real to you, even if you think it might not be real, doesn't stop it being terrifying. As you've already spoken to your parents about feeling depressed, if you really don't feel that you can talk to them about this now, could you ask them if you could go to see your General...

Agree - even a medicare doctor will listen and take appropriate action, though I do think/subscribe to those who suggest broaching this with those difficult units called parents, in the first case.......if they don't, how about a trusted teacher of yours to help initiate support, both medically and with the 'units'?
Robert,
you need to seek proper answers from people that are trained in resolving your type of problems. answrbank is great for getting it off of your chest, i came on here many years ago, after i had had a mini stroke and needed answers and support from people that had been through similar problems to me, it helped me a great deal, and as you can see, you are getting encouragement from people on here, so please take their advice, see a professional, or at least discuss it with a church member or whoever oversees your home tuition, there is always an answer to every problem. be strong, approach someone, its nothing to be ashamed of, there are thousands of people in this world in a similar situation.

Just want to add something re Eve’s post about writing things down.
That in itself can be a tremendous help, even if (and I’m not suggesting this should be the case with you) in the end it’s just a completed document that you don’t give to anyone. The process itself can be cathartic, and it could also trigger things you’ve forgotten.
I’m not going to go into details about my own experience because this post is about your situation, not mine, but a couple of years ago something happened that made me want to try and remember some events of maybe 30 years ago. So I opened a Word doc and began. In all honesty I didn’t discover any new memories – all of it was stuff I already knew – but that wasn’t the point; by remembering and reading things through very carefully I saw the significance of things I’d originally dismissed as irrelevant or had misinterpreted at the time.
There’s a chance you may be able to identify specific things, just little details you've forgotten or suppressed, which have led you to feel as you do or which have at least played a part. So start from the beginning – maybe with an event you may have found traumatic at the time but managed to bury. You never know; there could be something back there which you can identify as a cause. Maybe you won’t find an answer to it yourself, but if you CAN identify it then maybe someone can help.
What I’m saying is, if you want to write about it don’t hold back, even if you end up only writing it for yourself.
