My gran used to swear by Sanatogen (may have spelt that wrong) wine. Its non alcoholic and in fact a tonic, but she would have a glass in the evening. You can still buy it but only in bigger supermarkets

I disagree with the non-alcoholic bit. It's 15% ABV.

St John's Wort is good for mild depression. Health food shops should sell it. It might not be suitable if you take other medications.

well I have bought a new bathing costume - that's a start - hate water =- to go to aquarobics.

Friend has been doing half an hour on treadmill one hour in the pool and half an back on treadmill - must be size 10-12 - looking fantastic. also able to wear killer 5 inch heels. Also had been suffering from dreadful depression since her son and d-in-law have removed her children from her - she has never felt better. Ohhhh - water on my back. Last time I bought a siz14 - not going to tell you this size Hhahahhhhah .
