Hi there
I conquered my fear and went to my friends house with my friend who drove me and the journey was fine and nothing went wrong in the house as soon as I got there I was fine and I felt relaxed. I did have a couple of fleeting thoughts early on about what if this happens but I rejected it because all the what ifs about the journey never happened. I had a fantastic evening and I am feeling really pleased I went and didnt back out. The only thing I had was a really dry mouth but that soon went away. And of course the journey back was fine. I stayed 3 1/2 hours with no anxiety totally chuffed.
