Hi there.
Short of sounding ridicolous or stupid I dont care. I am having all these panicy thoughts but the main what if thought and it is probably stupid but if I can get reassurance over it it might help. What I am worried about is if I am on the train and I have a panic attack caused by the fear of being stuck in the middle of nowhere if it stops due to disruption and it leads to a heart rythm problem and I take ill. If it was stopped in the middle of nowhere what would happen how would they get help to me and If they couldnt get help to me I could die.

You'll be on a railway with people around you, some of whom will be trained to help you. You won't be alone and an ambulance will be called if necessary. As already said, an air ambulance can be anywhere in the UK very quickly and the paramedics on board can treat you at the scene before whisking you off to hospital.
You will be safer than if you took ill at home when you are on your own.

Yes its atrial fibrillation I take 2 pills a day betablockers and 1 blood thinner rivoroxaban it comes and goes sometimes I dont have it for a long time and then suddenly it comes. I am wondering if it can be triggered by panic because the times I have had it it has only twice been triggered by panic when someone tried to break into my house and when a rottweiller chased me.
Gordie, I was once stuck on a train for 5 hours in the pitch black and the cold in deepest darkest Norfolk. I didnt die. Were you in this situation and you panicked, help could be summoned extremely quickly. Indeed the emergency services could probably get to you quicker in the middle of nowhere than if you were in the middle of a city.
You are probably in a safer position on a train than on your own.

If a passenger is taken seriously ill the train will go on to the next station where it will stop , even if that station is not a scheduled stop.
It would NOT stop 'in the middle of nowhere'. The train crew will have alerted the emergency services so an ambulance or paramedic will be waiting at the station.
It is much faster to go on to the next station than to stop on the line and try to get help to where the train has stopped.
