The margin can be as much as of the order of 40mm on the systolic (first figure). It is unusual for there to be any significant similar effect on heart rate. For comparison, my at rest heart rate is between 56 and 62 - I am 70 years old. You should check under sober, etc. conditions and also seek medical assessment.
