I Am Currently In Hospital Having Had A Tracheostomy After 8 Years Of Fighting Nasopharyngeal Cancer.

I have been trained to clean the tube, nebulise, use RIG for feeding and administering meds. What I find hard to manage is how to expel the phlegm that builds up. The training is patchy and I'm going home soon. Everyone is so busy! Are there any youtube videos that might give practical advice? Does anyone know any forums or help groups. Appreciate any help.
