No :(
Whit's wrang wi "driverdale1"? It's nae bad!
At one time the Ed did offer a 'username amnesty', whereby members could ask for a new username without needing a new account. That was a long time ago but it does prove that it is technically possible for those at AB Towers to change members' usernames. So a begging message to the Ed ([email protected]) might possibly work.
rrrrrr!!?? really chris? i wanna change mine to Khaleesi,
you go first though dale as they might start saying no if they get inundated with requests
I think we should start a campaign to give AOG his "R".

Maybe when his anti-immigrant posts reach 666 he could get the golden R award ;-)
what's the R for answer p?
His username is "Anotheoldgit", I think he mis-spelt his own intended name.
rrrrr that's answer, that is funny though
Then again back in 2010 he said:

"Reason for the missing "R" if anyone is that interested.
Maxiumn [sic] letters allowed in a username is twelve".

Ahem, count the letters in MY username :-)))
Mine has 13 letters
Chris, I added my name to that list and nothing happened.

I have been a member since 2006 and at that time one could only use only a maximum of 12 letters.

But seeing that you joined a considerable time after, you wouldn't have the experience to know that fact, just the same as with all the other facts you try and educate us with.
Touché.
it would be interesting to hear from AB towers as to the present position on the past offer of username amnesty .

We were told eons ago that it was on the back burner .
I think it's fallen off , by the looks of things
Calm down Mr G, no need to get all uppitty uppitty!
During that past 'username amnesty' many requested a change, but not everyone was given the privilege of changing.
Well, Mr G, if I had my way, you would be given the golden "R" and if you're a VERY good boy, the option of capitals for the three words that make up your name :-)

When I am brought into a thread that I have had no previous dealings with, just for the sole reason of ridiculing me, then I have every right to challenge that person, not only for falsely accusing me of misspelling my user-name, but also for the chance of supplying that person with facts that he obviously has no knowledge of.
Will - you - please ...lighten up!
Are you not able to see when someone is gently pulling your leg?
None of what I said was malicious.

And perhaps if you become a more behaved child perhaps we can arrange for a letter T placing between the letters A and N of your name.

Do I need to spell it out for you?
