Severe Diarrhoea After Eating 12 Weeks

Hi there
I have had severe diarrhoea after eating for 12 weeks with terrible cramps and wind, but no blood, examination by GP proved OK I have a blockage of 1cm in my pancreas and I am awaiting a decision from the consultant about what to do about it. I went to my GP recently and asked for a colonoscopy but he wouldnt saying he wanted to wait until the pancreas was investigated. Could a blockage in the pancreas cause this after eating? I am just worried it is something suspicious in the colon and we are missing it by thinking about the pancreas. I was changed from metformin to slow release metformin but this has made it worse. I am seriously considering coming off it altogether and being really strict with my carb intake. I am seeing diabetic GP this week

Indeed it could and your pancreas does need further investigation and i am still of the opinion that cancer of the pancreas is extremely unlikely.
