Been prescribed this as a brief relief when I go to the bathroom but haven't a clue how to use it or when? It just says as required - that's ok I know when I'm likely to go, so do I use it half an hour before perhaps - help

No she didn't.

What I got wasn't what I was expecting if I'm honest...I don't need it all the time hair for this small issue. The problem isn't internal either so I don't want to put it somewhere it doesn't need to go. The instructions also go on about how a healthcare professional will administer it.

If it's for an anal fissure or similar, just apply topically to the area.

It's a very effective product.

You can also apply it to a wee swab or pad... then place that on. I go through tonnes of this at work lol xx
