Can My Wrist Be Fixed?

The other day I dislocated my right wrist. It has been weak for years and I wear a support on it. Since then, even though I shook it and got it back in, I can't clench- can't open bottles or jars, can't put weight on it. An x-rays shows it is not broken but has some early arthritis- a tiny speck of torn cartilage between two bones near the base of my thumb. I am a pianist by trade and really need my wrist to work. Is there any surgery available for this- early arthritis?
