Eccles is right - I have severe back pain a lot of the time after an injury a few years ago. Body tells me to sit on sofa with hot water bottle and pain killers etc. But brain says to keep moving (still take the pain killers) or else I will seize up. Am decorating a bedroom today and hurt like hell trying to do ceiling etc but has to be done. Hope you get some relief x
