For Daily Medication People....

Not seen this before, but it would be helpful for people who can get confused, about taking medication, & find the pill/tablet strips awkward to open.

i confess i take quite a lot of meds, but can take them all first thing in the morning, so don't need any reminders.

For God's sake....the invalids of the UK are already "spoon fed" and now a company to let them know when to take their medication.
I do despair!

I think it's a great idea. I had my uncle live with me who was on a variety of meds that I had to sort. They had to be taken at different times, some before food, some after.

My Mother struggled with her multitude of meds and some pills were identical too - I sorted them as best I could but she still ended up taking more or less of certain ones sometimes.

Glad I wasn't a patient of yours Sqad, if you was a Doctor!
Some people need reminding how many tablets, pills, and others to take, or forgot to take.

Some people can find it hard to open the medication strips, if they have Arthritis etc.

Very surprised at your comment, and I hope in the future you dont have the same problem, as thousands of people have, especially living alone!

Having watched the video of how pills are packaged I can see it being of great help to many - not everyone has a range of family or friends to help.

Good post trt. Both my parents became 'invalids' at the end of their lives, albeit for only a short time thank God and needed all the help they could get from me and my brother. It broke my heart to see Mum forgetting her pills or saying she'd had them when she hadn't because she was confused. I can't write any more because it's too upsetting for me to think about it. If and when your time comes Sqad YOU will need all the help you can get !

If asked to the pharmacies round here will sort the pills into those little plastic box containers and put the days and times for each tablet and then deliver them to the patients houses.

Dont know how long you have been away from the UK Sqad,, but I agree the above are available for some if you get in the queue, and dont overdose before they visit you!!

Invalid...to me....a sick or injured person who needs regular care.
