hi, i havnt had  aperiod for about 11 months now. for about 2 months i have been of a normal weight with a bmi of about 19.5  (i used to have a bmi that was about 18 due to an eating disorder and stress for about 11 months. now im recovering, and my doctor put me on mycrogyon to help regulate me. how long should i expect for it to take for me to start them again considering im of a reasonable weight now? i went for a scan and that showed that everything else was normal.

it could be medication, stress, could be anything, have a chat with your GP or your practice nurse

A bmi of 19.5 is still a little low. Normal is 20-25 and if you are underweight as you know it can mess them up. Perhaps if you increase your weight a little your body will sort itself out. Hope this helps
