Fenugreek

Apparantly this herb is used to enhance breast size, has anyone heard about it, or even tried it?

Hi Crazy, well fenugreek is one of the herbs used in curry mixtures and my wife also puts it in other stuff but I can't say that is has done anything for her breast size over the years, try this for info http://www.foodreference.com/html/artfenugreek.html

Apparently it has been used to help with producing breast milk, but that's the only breast-related thing I could find about it! It does have a lot of other uses though:

Of course it may be that you don't eat it, but rub it on! (I doubt if this will work, but you could have fun trying)

Ah now that explains a lot.  Used it in the 90's, bust size has doubled.

Used Fenugreek capsules for about 1 month - notice about 1/2 inch increase. Quite pleased, so far. i'll continue monitoring & post another update soon

Thanks Seattle, keep us posted! I bought the tablets a while ago, but haven't tried them as yet..
