To access it, insert your finger inside the vagina, with the fingertip pad facing the clitoris, past the vaginal entry muscles, and follow the curve over the pubic bone so that your finger ends up on the other side of that bone.  Your fingertip would be crooked, just over the bone, with the pad on this tissue.
