Vitrectomy Operation

I'm due to have a vitrectomy operation soon, I've been having vision problems in that eye foe about 6 months now. I notice that the affected eye has drifted slightly off centre, will the operation correct this, is it just the muscles weakening due to lack of use?

isla...not my area of expertise as you know, but for what reason are you having the operation?
I would doubt very much that your "wandering eye" will be corrected by your Vitrectomy.

I've had two vitreous hemorrhages, due to diabetes, which initially the e eye doctor wanted to see if it would clear on its own, but it hasn't.
The eye doesn't actually wander, its just slightly off centre, which probably isn't noticeable to other people unless you are looking for it.
