About three weeks ago I sent off for some tablets from a reputable firm online. I had used them before with no problem.
Time passed and nothing arrived. I emailed them and they apologised, and said they would send a replacement pack immediately. More than a week has passed, and I have emailed them to say the second pack has not arrived. No response. I'm £20.00 out of pocket, and I don't know where to go from here. (Have checked with the neighbours just in case, nothing.)
Any thoughts?
I did mention to them about double-checking my address although my full name and address is at the bottom of every email I send to anyone.
And as luck would have it, an email has just arrived in my in-box from them saying that they are going to send it recorded delivery. So fingers crossed.

Peter, thanks for your input, but £20.00 is quite a lot for me as a pensioner.
And for claiming it back via my credit card, I think I have to spend £100.00. But it looks like a solution has been arrived at.
