They could use PayPal.
There are several:-

Bank to Bank
Money Transfer Bureaux or you could consider:-

The best way to transfer money abroad can depend upon how large a sum is involved. For a fairly small sum (say £100, or even £1000) PayPal is almost certainly the best way of doing it. However if you pal is, say, helping his brother to buy a house or a business (and perhaps wanting to transfer £100,000) an inter-bank transfer might be best.

I have used this company and found them very efficient.
I would go for PayPal as well , use the 'send money to family & friends' option then there are no Paypal charges , completely free instant transfer.

(but still the cheapest way of doing things in most cases anyway).
