I'm sorry this is such a disgusting question but do any of you females out there have any idea how to stop discharge or is it just something I have to live with. I get loads and the amount seems to have little association with what time of the month it is. I constantly feel like I'm wetting myself and when I'm wearing a thong, I'm extremely conscious of it. I've had it ever since I strated my periods and its not smelly or a horrid colour so I'm sure I don't have an infection, its just how my body works. Thanks x x x

if it makes you feel better - im the same. have been since i was 15 (im twice that age now!). I find that sometimes its worse than other times. It can be related to having too much dairy....? You could try cutting down for a month and see if there's any change.

Anyway, I dont really have an answer, but i went to my doctor and he said its normal. Just thought i would let you know ur nor alone with feeling a bit uncomfortable about it. x

absolutely dairy intake does affect it. i don't suffer myself, but i know someone who does who I met at a diary free meeting I went to (a few of my kids are allergic) and she was talking about how she had that problem (we had been chatting for a while, it wasn't weird or anything), and she also had excess mucus elsewhere too, runny nose, watery eyes, she'd had glue ear as a kid, and excess saliva too (not that that is mucoid, but is connected with a high IgE level and a high histamine level). She said cutting dariy out completely really helped and it took about 4-5 weeks for her to notice a difference. But now, if she ever cheats, she knows about it for a week after. you could try this diet. My kids are dairy free and 2 of them have been since birth. i went dairy free for a while while I was BF, but I'm too weak to keep it up. It's a brill diet, but I'd rather have the allergic rhinitus, and still be able to eat my fav cheese. often they say that: You eat the food that you are most sensitive too to extreme, much like a junky!

Good luck

I think its normal and healthy and as long as it is not offensive in any way then that is how it is supposed to be ! www.intelihealth.com/chn/medhelp/HA/00301773.htm
