Is everybody in suspense ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, went out to back yard (flags), saw just a tiny piece of ice (melting) - there I am trying to step over it and away I went back on my back hitting my head.

Couldn't get up - turned on all fours crawled to the big tree I am try to kill and up I got. Now I am taking a couple of paracodals. That's all folks Lol Wouldn't be me. Thank you Tree

Help Tambo - what's that. Cant bear anybody helping me and I am going to have to get used to it - as this comes with old age unfortunately. I think it would have made a good photo. But at the mo I am ok.

I winded up in A&E earlier and then the Maternity Suite after a bad fall. I actually fell as a result of a little pool of water inside the hospital.

Used to park on the local casino car park, and teetering across it a couple of years ago, I fell over and mashed my elbow - bled so much I had to stop in at Tesco and buy a new shirt!

I need to get post office and shop for bits and bobs but looking out - our street is just like one big slide which I would have enjoyed when I was 14. I am not attempting it - just be on here with my lovely cyber friends - and unenthusiastically doing a bit of housework.

Friday - drove into tree
obviously bad tree week

driving along and I said er being visually impaired - that I couldnt see how anyone was able to drive....
