I believe there's a certain amount of alcohol in it. Did you have the four-star?

Does contain TINY amount of alcohol...not that much as my driving instructor recommended it before my test for my nerves!

It did the trick, I passed my test but still can't help thinking it's just a psychological remedy!

My friend and her mum put it in her dad's tea without his knowledge and swear blind it calms him down. You can also use it on pets if you're transporting them or putting them under stressful situations, so I think there's more to it than psycho-symatic (sp?) don't ask me what tho!

I used it on Tuesday for my driving test. Failed miserably!! Was shaking like leaf

I used it about 2 hours ago for an interview. I felt less nervous and the interview seemed to go well... yet to hear back though! eek!

My mom had a New Age shop and so I learnt all about Bach Flower Remedies. Tastes nice, too bad they don't come in bigger bottles! Makes you wonder what all this nonsense is about when I tell you how these remedies came about - when a different flowers die it releases energy. This guy was in the outback in Australia and knew that certain flowers could cure different ailments, I guess it was Mr Bach. So he decided to store the energy of these flowers as they died in alcohol to preserve the properties. Apparently really helped with illness and psychological problems ages ago so now it's really popular now. I tried the relevant remedy for my Driving Test, made me feel a bit funny.. I didn't pass the SECOND time...however the only difference was that I didn't start crying!!
