I've never had a nose bleed that I can remember in 70 years but now I've had 2 in a week, is there any reason for this, I only blew my nose lightly

Yes, there is a reason.
In your age group, blood vessels become very superficial ( near to the surface) and also are very fragile and can be damaged by even gently blowing your nose.
if you have a high blood pressure, this is enough to start a bleed even without trauma.
Most can be stopped by just leaning forward and nipping your nose, but if they recur, then you need to see an E.N.T surgeon who will painlessly cauterise them.
On occasions, the bleed is so heavy that one need hospitalisation and even blood transfusion, but thankfully these are not common.

Monitor the situation.......no big deal.

I had to have my nose cauterised, for the same reason. ( It didn't work, by the way. I had the worst bleed of my life some time after that ) But for a fortnight after the cauterisation, I could only smell burned meat ( burned me, in other words)
