Relaxation for chaps !

I've got a 21yr old nephew who is pretty stressed out at the moment and I'd like to get him something to relax him for Christmas like aromatherapy stuff etc. But all I can find is too girlie. Any ideas please ? Thanks.

A 4 CD box set called relaxing classics by classical FM.

Turn on, lay back with no one around and i'm away with the fairies.

Failing that, a 12" long spliff will do the trick..lol

You can get these lavender neck rolls which you can heat in the microwave and then wrap round your neck to reduce neck strain, or you can put the warmed bags in your pillow just before you go to bed to help you sleep.

Not sure where you buy them - possibly Boots, or Via Googling on the internet.

try the body shop - they have a mens range... with 'manly' coloured labels etc. choose what you want they will put it all in a basket and wrap it for you
