Her indoors is suffering with a bit of the old HF at the moment

What remedies have you found to work to alleviate the symptoms ?

Nasal spray........ask the pharmacist for steroid spray .....many of them e.g Rhinocort.

Loratadine 10 mgms ( one tablet) daily.

Either/OR
I prefer nasal steroid sprays, but both methods above are well tolerated.

I suffered with hay fever all my life up until 15 years ago when I read about the benefits of local honey. Since then every day I have taken a dessert spoon of honey and can honestly say that all the symptoms have gone. Must be local honey.

I've heard that riptide. It has to be local honey apparently. I'll pass it on to known sufferers.

I agree with Rip....go to a farm shop and get honey.
