Interesting they have gone for the rape it can be very difficult to prove especially if after a lengthy period. One wonder what proof they have especially since it's odd Weinstein didnt leg it from the USA and even handed himself in. Cold just be being cocky of course.

Another thought. How will they find a fair and impartial jury?

Difficult with so much media attention, but not everyone is of the opinion that he the out and out 'bad gut' here. There are those who think it is the norm and / or that (some) women were playing the casting couch game, or at least should have realised that is what is was and so made their choice too.
