Is there any research to show that regular joggers live longer than those who do no exercise but just live a healthy lifestyle.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I'm sure jogging is good for you, but other forms of exercise are just as good ie. swimming, and less stress on the joints. Jogging probably does exactly what it's name suggests - it jogs your knee and ankle joints (even if you wear latest technology trainers etc . .) and must, in the long term, cause them damage.
