my daughter has broken out in a rash over her chest and back its also behind her ears and in her hair.the spots have heads on them.her doctor says its to do with the skin follicles,can you acknowledge this.thanks

it could possibly be a type of psoriasis, I have had it for 14 years just on my scalp behind my ears however in the last 6 months it has spread to my back and chest. When you say spots though do you mean pimple type spots or more like lesions? My patches range from the size of pimples to the size of oranges.Does it itch? Just a suggestion....
