how to get the best results from pelvic floor excercises to increase sexual sensation?

I hope this doesnt cause offence but I figure there are lots of women who may have just had babies here who will be able to offer some advice. I have recently bought some pelvic floor weights and am very paranoid about getting my muscles back to how they were when i was seventeen would be nice. Any women got any suggestion? I have heard in france it is common place for women to attend clinics for electro-convulsive muscle therapy to get them "tighter". Any ideas, the weifghts seem to be working but how long till proper results are seen ect... again hope i have caused no offence,

My baby is now 11 months old (Gawd the times flown!) and I just did the good old fashioned 'bum squeezing' technique.
Not quite sure what you mean by the results being "seen" !!!! but Mr Boo hasnt complained, and when I asked him he said he can't tell any difference from before we had the baby (hey! i'm not sure that's a good thing now!)
