I’ve been prescribed pimavanersin, clozapine, quetiapine to manage my illnesses. Is it possible they cause hallucinations?

Taken in combination, yes, it is possible. However, if you have a psychotic illness, hallucinations may also be caused by the illness itself. You should discuss this with your psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse.
