What type of pollen could be causing my hayfever at this time of the year (November in UK). Its classic, sneezing and itchy eyes and is remedied by hayfever tablets. I have long suspected that pollen coming on the winds from across the atlantic is to blame. Any ideas?

It seems that your hayfever might be caused by weed pollens which are around in summer and autumn, especially if there has been gales of high winds wherever you live. The pollen causes the same symptoms as the better known summer hay fever and you have my sympathies ,it is not nice.

Autumn allergies are often caused by fungal spores and mould which is prevalent at this time of year.

It it indoors or outdoors. allergic rhnitisis caused by dust mite this time of year. When the heating goes on in the house the olittle ******* start breeding. It isn't actually the mite but its poo. the reason is they are very similar to the shape and size of pollen .
Hvae you just got your winter coat out of the wardrobe, they could also be in there, making you sneeze when you go out.
