Hurt lower back lifting washing machine..
Suppose to be lifting mowers tomorrow but looks like thats not happening
What’s the best thing for it? Had some anti inflamatorys now should i rest or try to get on with my day and stretch it out a bit?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.As a veteran of many such episodes i will presume it’s muscular pain and suggest you take anti inflammatories, use a heat pad of some description and keep moving. Lying/sitting for prolonged periods will just cause it to seize up and become even more painful, as you have noticed the pain was worse first thing after being asleep. Even if all you can do is shuffle about a bit, it’s better than sitting/lying still all day. If you think you may have slipped a disc then forget everything I said and get yourself to a medical professional.

Bad explination but..
You know the two “nubs” of bone maybe from the hips at the lowe back either side of the spine? My bittom right one around that area has very sharp pain when trying to stand or especially any kind of twist, sometimes the pain goes near the glute but not down the leg.. it is also ever so slightly above the “nub” also.. very tender
