Yes you can.
Definitely no problems with statins, been taking both for years and feel great.
you shouldnt ask us but ask your GP
( unless he is the one who has told you to when the answer is yes)or

https://www.fda.gov/Drugs/DrugSafety/ucm110510.htm

FDA - america - most sites say ask the doctor
Buenchico........that link applies to aged in "good health."
The OPer clearly does not come into that category and would be dangerous to discontinue Aspirin based on that inappropriate link.
funny or thx everyone
when my brother said his 70 y o MOT had signalled aspirin

I said well start taking it - and here is your starter pack!

( not convinced by the latest paper that says there is negligible benefit for healthy over 70s)
Not at all questioning Sqads advice, but I would ask your GP or pharmacist for their advice, as they will have greater knowledge of you medical history than anyone here
yeah agreed confidentiality
not everyone feels obliged to bare their bazoom to public
and shouldnt in my opinion

hey it is amazing how many frenz of Abers seems to have STDs innit?
LOL....there seems to be little point in having a medical Section in AB as the majority of posts seem to suggest a Pharmacolgical opinion or a Medical opinion ( see your GP).
Sqad as I said I was not at all questioning your advice, which I'm certain is and well founded, just sometimes I think consulting a person who knows OP's full medical history may be beneficial, and confirm your advice.
Tony...I understand and take your point concerning the past history of being paramount.
However i try to take each OP as a personal problem, not requiring a general all singing and dancing reply as one often gets with "links."...often inappropriate and occasionally dangerous.

in this particular thread we can gather from the OP that the person has High BP,and an arthritic condition and is a candidate for or had had a significant cardiovascular incident ( heart attack or stroke) in which low dose Aspirin my extend the length and quality of their lives.
That, as i see it, is the bottom line and reading between that bottom line the OPer is really saying.."Can low dose Aspirin be safely given with the named drugs but especialy...Naproxen?

My comment was more of a general one than as one pointed at yourself, as you are one of the more reputable posters on health.
Sqad not blowing smoke up you a...e, but I would always defer to your knowledge, which is far greater than mine.
Tony....let me into a little secret.

Patient's don't like to hear "I don't know" from their doctors, as it may work once, probably twice, but after that the doctors lose credibility.
To combat that state of affairs they have developed, to a very high degree, the process commonly known as "b.ul.sh1.ing....particularly surgeons and this has held them in awe and wealth for a very long time.
So your opinion may be as good, if not better than mine.
^^^^^ should have read "I'll let you into a little secret."
Lol Sqad you do bring a smile, so all I need is 6 yrs spare and a load of wonga to get me on the first rung, maybe I should start a crowd funding appeal, what do you think?
