Yes it's all hilarious, if you aren't one of the people depending on things like oxygen and insulin.
Regarding insulin we don't make any in the UK ( excepting a tiny amount of one type used by less than 1% of diabetics) so we have to import it from Europe. The Govt claims to have contingency plans, but do they? Do I want to wait to find out given this government's track record of dishonesty? No I don't. And EVEN if they have, it will still have to pass through customs in a way that it doesn't at the moment, and the customs method for drugs was supposed to be scrapped over 5 years ago because it was dangerously slow for some types of medication (insulin needs to be temperature controlled), so lets all see if you're all still howling with laughter and cracking 'French Fancy' jokes when people you are close to are made ill, or, worse still die because of this fiasco. And people wonder why Remainers have a problem with some Brexiteers. This is nothing to laugh about, potentially we have a very real problem.
