Can I start cycling again after umbilical surgery?
I have been signed off from work for 6 weeks is that the length of time before I can start cycling? I managed a 3k walk yesterday but it’s left me exhausted and a tad sore today.

I'd list cycling as "strenuous", but it depends whether you just want to go round the block or up Ben Nevis. I'd also not go further than I'd be able to return from if I started feeling bad.

Anne’s, ok but I’m now not used to such inactivity, if I sneak the hoover out, I get told off, I’m not even allowed to walk the hounds on my own!
