Neck Pain

Does your neck hurt after sleep? Last week I wake up with a terrible pain in my neck. Is it possible because of the wrong position during sleep? How can I fix this?

Cross two pillows and have the third lying flat across the crossed ones.

I think that many have encountered this problem at least once. I read many articles on this subject, and came to the conclusion that you need to train yourself to sleep in the correct position. By correct position, I mean sleep lying on my back, with a small pillow, preferably orthopedic. I recently purchased one here http:// pregily .com/or thopedi c-pillo ws/ . Also there is additional information.
