Are you completely bald? Have you been bald for long?

Depends.......if your baldness is due to an infection, say fungal, which is unlikely, then it is possible.
If your baldness is hereditary...... then no , it will never regrow.
If your baldness is due to a psychosomatic (nerves) problem, then it might regrow.......but no guarantees.
