Tomorrow he is having a procedure to correct tricuspid valve regurgitation. It's not open heart, but rather done via an artery. He sounds positive...I'm just glad he is well enough to have this done.

Thank you all. As I said, he sounds quite positive, as he says he'll feel normal again. It's a new technique, and only done in a few hospitals, including Mt Sinai in NYC where he's having it done. He's been through a lot of tests...apparently he's an ideal candidate. He should be home by the weekend...fingers crossed.
