I have recently started doing regular weight training for the last two months. I am a fit 20 year old lad. I have noticed that my sex drive has risen beyond belief and have started to grow more body hair on my arms.

Its lucky have a girlfriend to release my high drive!

anyway, are these symptoms due to increased testosterone levels due to me working out ? or is something i am eating, wot ever it is, its ace!

disscuss

never mind, good effort anyway
If it's something your eating, could I have the recipe?
Its an adaptive response - your body needs to get stronger to lift these weights more easily so in turn it releases test to enable the muscles to grow faster. As your body starts to adjust to the weight training the initial burst of test will diminish, there is normally a honeymoon period of around 6 months before normality returns although levels may well remain very slightly elevated if you continue to train.
stop bragging ! have a cold shower.
