Try and go out with friends and meet someone else, please? He will lead you a dogs life ,mark my words, you deserve better!

hi, delete ALL contact numbers from home phone and mobile, and then put ur phones on silent. oh, and never drink ever again

1) Marry him.

2) Marry another guy.

3) Lead an independent life where you start on a dating hiatus and just enjoy the freedom of singlehood until he comes and beg you to get back with him, upon which you can kick him with your left leg as he pulls your right leg or vice versa.

The anger should be enough to keep you from contacting him in the first place, but deleting his contacts is good.
Think of him as an addiction and then work your therapy the way a recovering junkie would. Say to your self, 'I've got to get through one day at a time. If that proves difficult, make it one hour at a time. Go for walks (without the mobile) whenever the irrational desire causes you to linger hopefully by the telephone. Best wishes.
Ask yourself "Why has he done this again"
Could I suggest this pattern will keep on being repeated.
He seems to have the obvious control here. You know he knows you will come back to him. This leads to him being dominant in the relationship and calling the shots.
Are you happy with that to continue
Some people like to be dominated by their partner.
I personaly feel it is unhealthy.
Between love or needing to be loved and obsession there is a grey area
We often can survive for years in a relationship that is unhealthy but after the break look back and think what was I thinking allowing myself to be in such a relationship.

I feel Drusilla seems very wise and I would take her advice

we often feel we must have he aching space in our lives filled.
Some use relationships with people others with substances . When that relationship is taken away , Yes it does hurt.
After all drugs stimulate the areas in our body lovves does.

Making a decision now to start from today and live just every hour if need be ay a time is a start .
Get out with friends, do not answer his call, you will just end up getting back into the same decreasing circle and you deserve better than that don't you.
A start to get control back into your life to enjoy who you are without the luggage of another holding you down.
A start to become a more complete you.
Then you can find someone who treats you as an equal.
Take care
be strong
FFS Dreaming thats a really easy question, simple solution to it is, contact me everytime you get the urge to contact him xxx :)

Go out looking fantastic, and pull somebody who you REALLY fancy... and STAY AWAY from that bad ex.

Or carry on wasting your time and life on him.

Why not bar his number from your phone as well as deleting it? If he calls, he w2on't be able to get through.

Or you could go away for a while minus mobile.

Or give your phone to a friend so you won't be tempted.

If he expects you to phone, prove him wrong. Everytime your tempted think "this is what he expects me to do, no, i'm not that person anymore.

Good luck.

It's called common sense and willpower.
