feels like water in them
tightness when bending
feels weak when bending and straightening back up

i used to jog a lot, maybe time get back to exercise !!!!!

anyway, voltorol cream ? or any other remedy ?

Sounds like an initial good move.....Voltarol cream, although i am a tablet man myself. if that relieves your symptoms, then fine, if not, come back to us and then we will think again.
Jogging is not good for the knees!

Try swimming if you want exercise.
I found deep heat type spray from the pound shop gave me great relief every time.

Don't jog! Swimming is better. If applying heat/ice doesn't help, I recommend removing potential allergens from your diet. You could have inflammation or water retention- either way, tumeric might help, but by removing inflammatory food from your diet, you will experience less pain. Try stopping gluten and dairy, and alcohol. Sugar if you can manage it, which includes carbs. Paleo/AIP/Keto diets are very good for reducing inflammation.
